How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or email us, we receive the details you choose to give: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the products and quantities you are interested in, and your message.

Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your request, to prepare quotes and samples, and to keep a record of our correspondence with customers and suppliers. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Your request is stored on our website and sent to our sales team by email. Our website host and email provider process it on our behalf. We share details with others, such as freight forwarders, only when that is needed to fulfil an order you have placed.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Email [email protected].

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abuse.
